　　Braided hose is a connecting part between high-pressure oil pipe and high-pressure oil pipe. It has many categories, including welded pipe joint, high-pressure hose, transition pipe joint, high-pressure ball valve, etc.

　　2、 Principle of braided hose

　　Different types of joints have different principles. Here, I will introduce the relevant principles of welded pipe joints. Welded pipe joints, as the name suggests, are welded. Circular seals are used between joints and connecting pipes. The structure of the pipe joint is relatively simple, the manufacturing cost is not high, it is relatively easy to manufacture, and the sealing performance is good. However, the requirements for welding quality are very high, and it is inconvenient to install and disassemble.

　　3、 Cleaning of braided hose

　　The cleaning of braided hose can be divided into kerosene cleaning and acid pickling. Kerosene cleaning is mainly for copper pipes and stainless steel pipes. First, remove the pipes and joints to be cleaned, use a cloth dipped in kerosene to clean the inside view, and then soak both ends and joints directly in kerosene for cleaning. After cleaning, there shall be no visible pollutants. Pickling is mainly aimed at severely rusted steel pipes. First, degrease them, wash them with water, then remove the rust, and then neutralize them with alkali solution. Be careful not to wash away the marks of the pipes.
